Over the recent 20 years the OFFSHORE UPSTREAM DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA AND CIS International Conference- have been gathering more than 100 delegates -top managers and heads of relevant departments which annually participate in the Conference.
The Conference is a principal source for up-to-date information about offshore projects development in Arctic, Far Eastern and Southern Seas. It focuses on the new large fields of the Russian offshore, geological exploration and production programs of the major companies, state regulation of offshore hydrocarbon resources development, specificity of cooperation between regional authorities, international and local companies, the results and forecast of cooperation between project operators and contractors.
Traditionally the major Russian offshore operating companies - Gazprom, LUKOIL, Rosneft - are the regular participants of the event.
