The National Sports Convention brings together Australia's and New Zealand's sport, government and education sectors to explore how as an industry we can encourage more people to be active.
2018 we had a record number of attendees totalling 1,550 individuals with 873 from Victoria, 533 interstate and 59 international delegates. With 233 from local and state governments, 215 from sport, 71 representing peak bodies and 60 from education as the key market sectors. There were 43 different sports represented with Gymnastics (141) leading representatives followed by Tennis, Cricket and Football (Soccer).
