In 2018 the leading SiGe Meetings in materials science & technology, ISTDM and ICSI, were merged, offering a joint platform to discuss state-of-the-art research and development activities in the area of SiGe materials science and technology.'The 2019 joint ISTDM/ICSI will continue this new tradition, bringing the conference to the United States as the 2nd Joint ISTDM / ICSI Conference.
