CAPE V, 5th African Petroleum Congress and Exhibition will take place from 26 - 28 March 2013 in Libreville, Republic of Gabon. The event will feature a three day conference, an associated trade exhibition as well as petroleum and touristic excursions. The event will be organised by the African Petroleum Producers Association (APPA), the Ministry of Petroleum, Energy & Hydraulic Resources, Republic of Gabon and AME Trade Ltd, UK.
