Why exhibit?

Labelexpo Europe is our flagship show and the largest dedicated label event in the world. Launched in London in 1980, it moved to Brussels in 1985, where it has remained since.
The scale of the show is staggering (6 halls and over 540 exhibitors). Visitors from more than a hundred countries take over Brussels, bringing with them spending commitments of millions of euros.
Labelexpo Europe is supported by FINAT and all of the other industry associations in Europe, as well as over 80 publications.
The market:
The role and identity of the European label industry and label converter is changing. It is certainly becoming more global and this has implications for the industry.
The range of technologies used is changing fast and digital is growing rapidly, while many converters are starting to become label and pack solution providers - not just label printers. This, in turn, means that converters are having to invest more wisely, evaluate ever more solutions and requirements, look to change their marketing strategies, and become more involved in their customers' business processes.
Add to all of this the growing pressure on the label industry to become greener, to adopt green policies, implement ISO 14000, to reduce wastage, CO2 emissions and improve efficiency. The world of labels is rapidly being both pushed and pulled in many diverse directions.
