The Malaysia International Dive Expo (MIDE) is an annual event dedicated to enhancing and supporting the Malaysian dive community and industry. Since its inception in 2006, MIDE has become a crucial platform for dive professionals and businesses, drawing an average of 15,000 visitors annually, 90% of whom are dive industry professionals. Over the past 18 years, the expo has attracted more than 250,000 visitors and has helped exhibitors generate significant returns on investment through sales leads, interest, and spending.
MIDE serves as a comprehensive hub for all things diving, offering a wide range of dive equipment, courses, travel opportunities, and underwater conservation initiatives. The expo also features a dedicated water sports section, showcasing boats, jet skis, water-skiing, wakeboarding, and more for those seeking adrenaline-pumping water adventures.
Globally recognized as one of the fastest-growing dive markets in Southeast Asia, MIDE continues to promote Malaysia as a top dive destination with some of the world's richest marine environments. The event attracts numerous international brands and plays a significant role in expanding the revenue and reach of the scuba diving industry.
