The World Congress of EWRA (EWRA2021), scheduled to be held in 2021, was postponed due to the worldwide negative developments of the CONVID-19 pandemic. It is now announced that the 12th World Congress of the European Water Resources Association (EWRA) on Water Resources and Environment will be held in Thessaloniki, Greece, 27 June - 1 July 2023 (EWRA2023). The EWRA2023 with the title "Managing Water-Energy-Land-Food under Climatic, Environmental and Social Instability" will review and discuss the advances in a number of topics organized in Conferences as follows:
