The 79th Heat Treatment Congress of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Warmebehandlung und Werkstofftechnik e. V., AWT, will take place in Cologne from October 24 - 26, 2023. Parallel to the Heat Treatment Congress, the AWT and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Materialkunde e. V., DGM, will again jointly organize the scientific symposium Steel Innovation (SI), a meeting of the Steel Materials Technology Expert Committee of AWT and DGM in 2023.
Thus, two symposia and a trade fair will again be held under one roof:
HK 2023: The Heat Treatment Congress with proven division into scientific symposium and practitioners' conference. The largest European trade congress on topics of heat treatment and materials technology, manufacturing and process engineering.
SI 2023: Steel Innovation Symposium. Scientific symposium under the leadership of the joint committee of DGM and AWT, on innovations in materials engineering in materials technology, production, processing and application of steels.
