The Jornada Paulista de Radiologia (JPR), organized annually by the SPR, is the largest diagnostic imaging event in Latin America and the fourth largest in the world.
It offers almost 40 simultaneous courses in the subspecialties of Radiology, in addition to courses for professionals in related areas, and has around 600 professors, Brazilians and foreigners.
The event offers three villages in the technical exhibition area, with an open space that is easily accessible to those interested and presents classes and discusses cases: Vila do Ultrassom, Vila da Inovacao and Vila da Intervencao.
The exhibition itself brings together almost a hundred software, hardware and services companies, national and multinational, that present what is most innovative and necessary for services of all sizes.
The event receives almost 4,000 congressmen, 4,500 corporate visitors and 2,500 visitors from technical schools, adding up, in four days of the event, to the passage of more than 20,000 people through the venue, the Transamerica Expo Center, in the south zone of Sao Paulo .
Traditionally, the SPR counts on a partner entity to co-organize the event every year, the Society of North American Radiology (RSNA) being the most present of them; together they have organized JPR biannually for ten years.
