arena DESIGN - a meeting of designers, architects and entrepreneurs that attracts the crowds of people who appreciate the role of industrial design in industrial processes to Poznań thanks to its business nature - is over. Similarly to last year, this international meeting was combined with Meble Polska Furniture Fair and HOME DECOR Interior Fair into one block. All three events gathered collectively more than 15,000 visitors.'
After 5 years of its existence arena DESIGN has established itself on the industrial design map of Europe. Just like every one year in Poznań, designers, students, art college lecturers and entrepreneurs who link their business strategy to high level design were widely represented. When designing their success they invite talented people to cooperate, thanks to which it is possible to realise intriguing aims. It is due to that creative cooperation that we have an ever increasing number of products, which are aesthetic, ergonomic and executed with respect to cost-efficient aspect of production. Among the people who visited the exposition were the representatives of the biggest Polish furniture manufacturers as well as Polish and foreign media journalists, who took notice of Polish industrial design's excellent quality.
