On behalf of the ICSCRM conference organizing committee, it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials. For the first time, starting in 2023, the two traditionally separated ICSCRM and ECSCRM conferences merge into a single event that gathers the world's foremost experts and leading companies working on Silicon Carbide and related topics. Since the first meeting held in Washington DC in 1987, ICSCRM has become the premier international forum for technical discussions on all aspects of Silicon Carbide and Related Materials with an annual attendance exceeding 700 engineers, scientists and students. The conference location will now rotate, on a yearly basis, among Japan, North America, Europe and Other Areas.
At this time, ICSCRM 2023 is seeking sponsors and exhibitors to display their cutting edge technology and products relevant to the power semiconductor community. We truly hope that we can see many of you in-person at these exhibition booths!
