We would like to take this opportunity to announce that the Singapore Institute of Food Science & Technology (SIFST), with the endorsement of the International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFoST), and strong support from the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), will be hosting the 21st IUFoST World Congress of Food Science & Technology from 31 October to 3 November 2022.'The 2022 World Congress will be held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.
The theme for the conference will be the 'Future of Food - Innovation, Sustainability & Health'.
