The 7th IAPG Latin American and Caribbean Refining Congress invites you to this meeting from October 28-30, 2025, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for the exchange of knowledge, technology, case studies, and roundtable discussions with professionals in the downstream oil industry. For two decades, this meeting has positioned itself in the region as the preeminent technical forum for the refining industry, its technologists, and suppliers.
In this edition, we will discuss industry topics under the theme: "Challenges and Innovation in the Present and Future of Refining."
We envision the meeting as a space where professionals can address current topics and those focused on the challenging future of our industry: the efficiency and conversion of our units as key sustainability factors; the challenges and opportunities as energy suppliers in the implementation of new technologies; an overview of the goals and impacts of the energy transition reviewed by experts; and an analysis of how we select and prepare our engineers for the industry.
We invite you to present papers, participate in roundtable discussions, keynote presentations, and especially to use the meeting as a forum for discussion, business, and to gain a vision of the future of downstream.
