AAMP'S annual convention is geared toward processors of small and very small firms in the meat, poultry, and food business: packers, processors, wholesalers, retailers, caterers, deli operators, home food service dealers, and catalog marketers. This year's convention in Milwaukee will feature some outstanding educational sessions and demonstrations, a sold-out trade show floor and fun networking opportunities. The annual American Cured Meats Championship (ACMC) is sure to bring many of the country's best bacon, jerky, ham, sausage and more to Milwaukee.
