The Missouri Academy of Family Physicians Annual Fall Conference is the largest Missouri Academy gathering of primary care physicians and exhibitors in a relaxed and informal atmosphere for learning. This two-day conference provides attendees with CME and networking opportunities. Attendees can visit an exhibit area featuring companies offering pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products and services for the medical community. The Annual Business meeting will be held in conjunction with this event. MAFP's Board of Directors and other commissions also meet during this conference.
