Each year, IHCA offers the largest convention and expo in the state for long term care professionals. This annual four-day event includes more than 100 educational sessions on a variety of topics and a comprehensive expo that features exhibits on the latest technology and services available to long term care providers. Attendees are also invited to take part in a number of fun, peer-to-peer networking opportunities. The Annual IHCA Staff and Volunteer Awards, including the IHCA/LTCNA Nursing Awards, are also presented at the annual convention and expo.
This year's convention is all about changing the game in long term care. Inspired by the excitement, energy, strategy, and strength of American football, our convention theme reflects our commitment to innovation and progress in the profession. Long term care requires teamwork, strategy, and resilience, and our event aims to equip attendees with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this dynamic field.
