The Society hosts and promotes a wide variety of meetings, conferences and triennial symposia, the most recent of which, IBBS19 was recently in Berlin in 2024.
Planning is already underway for IBBS20, the 20th International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation Symposium, being held at the Ludovika University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary in late August 2027.
