Istanbul Autoshow has been taken into the "International Calendar of Auto Shows" by OICA, the international organization of motor vehicle manufacturers, as of 2006, and has become an internationally recognized fair. It is also extremely important to be able to be involved in this calendar, where the auto shows held world-wide are assessed and only those which achieve a certain level and quality can get in, in terms of the international prestige of Turkish automotive industry.
