The Action on Disaster Relief (ADR) event stands as a landmark recognition of the region's most impactful efforts in humanitarian aid and development. For 11 years, ADR has been at the forefront of supporting disaster-affected regions, driving collaboration and enhancing coordination across both humanitarian aid and development sectors. With participation from senior United Nations officials, disaster response agencies, U.S. and EU representatives, NGOs, civil society, trade and chamber leaders, as well as key private sector stakeholders, ADR serves as a critical platform to address urgent humanitarian challenges. It brings together diverse voices to foster dialogue, promote innovative solutions, and strengthen the collective capacity to respond to crises effectively.
Entering its second decade, ADR2026 will be held in partnership with, and inaugurated by, the Government of Panama. In addition, we are delighted that Ronald Jackson, UNDP Geneva's Head of DRR & Recovery Team for Building Resilience, and Rogerio Mobilia, OCHA's Deputy Head of ROLAC will co-Chair Action on Disaster Relief 2026!
The key to creating lasting collaborations is engagement. At ADR2026, you will engage all participants directly whether that's during the plenary sessions, the many pre-event workshops, around the venue at one of our more social networking occasions/exhibition or, through our prescheduled afternoon 1-2-1 matchmaking meetings.
