It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the serene coastal city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, for the IEEE Wireless Power Technology Conference and Expo (WPTCE2026). WPTCE2026 is the annual joint flagship event of the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PEL-S), the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S), and the IEEE Future Directions Wireless Power Technology Initiative. The conference will take place during Canada's most beautiful season, July 6-9, 2026.
WPTCE2026 is where innovation meets impact. It is the world's leading forum for wireless power research, commercialization, and industry collaboration, offering a unique opportunity to discover cutting-edge technologies, explore emerging applications, and connect with the global wireless power ecosystem. The conference attracts top researchers, engineers, corporate innovators, policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of wireless power technology.
The technical and professional program will feature a rich and diverse set of activities, including technical paper sessions, keynote and plenary talks, invited presentations, workshops, tutorials, and special sessions. In addition, WPTCE2026 will host student design competitions, industry-focused sessions, exhibitions, and networking events. Special emphasis will also be placed on community-building activities, including industry panel programs, Ph.D. initiative programs, Young Professional (YP) activities, and Women in Engineering (WiE) events.
