IVNC, the International Vacuum Nanodevices Conference series, is devoted to the science and technology of micro and nanodevices that harness vacuum and/or high electric field phenomena. The conference covers both fundamental aspects and applications. Examples include electron sources, plasmas, liquid ionizers, gas ionizers, electric propulsion, X-rays, vacuum pumps, mass filters, and harsh electronics.
