Exhibition project HoReCa. RetailTech opens his story in 1992 with the fair BISTRO. In 1994-1995 years the thematic of the fair BISTRO was complemented by exhibitions Beer, Wines and Drinks, Sweet Tooth and the International contest-tasting of drinks.
