We will evolve the APEX TECH format to be a more inclusive event. Not only discussing the fundamental technologies that will drive our industry forward but also look at the airline and passenger use cases that such technology enables, as well as possible commercial implications. The ambition is to have more balanced discussions involving more airlines and stakeholders relevant to improve passenger experience and generate revenue. At the same time, we will - in addition to the well-established panel format - introduce workshops, case studies and break-out sessions as well as more networking opportunities.
