For nearly 30 years, ALTA has been a world-class mining and metallurgical processing conference annually held in Perth, Australia. This year, ALTA Americas is co-located with the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference (AABC). ALTA was established by metallurgical consultant Alan Taylor in 1985 to serve the worldwide mining, minerals and metallurgical industries. With more than 40+ years' experience in the metallurgical, mineral, and chemical processing industries, Alan continues his involvement in the conferences as ALTA was acquired by Cambridge Innovation Institute and joined their Cambridge EnerTech division in 2024.
