The 13th edition of the Africa Security Symposium (ASEC) will take place from 7-9 July 2026. A truly pan-African event, proudly supported by the African Union Commission, the United Nations, INTERPOL, U.S. military, and regional governments, including ministries of Interior, Defence, and Police, alongside senior NGO, police, and military stakeholders.
Exclusively attended by Ministers, investors, suppliers, and security leaders, ASEC provides a unique platform for high-level engagement, fostering collaboration to enhance stability and security across the continent. A key feature is our pre-scheduled, 1-2-1 matchmaking meetings, designed to build lasting partnerships and maximise value for all participants.
Over 350 delegates will engage in dynamic plenary sessions, targeted networking, cultural functions, and curated matchmaking meetings powered by our bespoke scheduling software.
Unlike traditional 'talk shop' conferences, ASEC drives action. Themed panels are crafted to encourage audience participation and spark actionable outcomes on Africa's most urgent security challenges - from counterterrorism to peace operations and policing.
