For decades, the Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology (APCN) has brought together the nephrology community across the Asia-Pacific and beyond, fostering the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences, while strengthening our shared commitment to advancing kidney health. This enduring legacy has made APCN more than a scientific meeting, it is a platform where connections are built, collaborations are nurtured, and generations of nephrologists come together to shape the future of kidney care.
It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 25th Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology, held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of The Indonesian Society of Nephrology (APCN & AM InaSN 2027) in Bali, Indonesia. We are truly delighted to have the opportunity to gather our colleagues and friends once again, as we continue this shared journey toward better kidney health across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Under the theme "Advancing Kidney Care Across the Asia-Pacific: Innovation, Equity, and Collaboration," APCN & AM InaSN 2027 brings together three interconnected pillars that will guide our shared vision for the future of kidney care. Innovation calls us to embrace advances in kidney science, precision medicine, novel therapeutics, digital health, and emerging technologies, and to translate these developments into better prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes. Equity reminds us that progress must reach everyone, particularly across a region with diverse populations, healthcare systems, resources, and needs, and calls for greater access to timely, affordable, and high-quality kidney care. Collaboration brings us together across countries, disciplines, institutions, and generations, providing opportunities to exchange perspectives, and transform shared knowledge into meaningful and lasting progress.
Through an engaging scientific program, APCN & AM InaSN 2027 will provide opportunities to explore the latest advances in nephrology, exchange experiences, and discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping kidney care across our region. By bringing together established experts, researchers, clinicians, and emerging leaders, we hope to foster dialogue and partnerships that extend well beyond the congress.
