As unmanned aerial system (UAS) threats continue to proliferate across the Indo-Pacific, challenging force protection, base security, and maritime operations for allied nations, we are delighted to launch the first Counter UAS conference dedicated to the Pacific operational environment.
This comes at a critical time, with the Pentagon recently announcing $153.3 billion in additional defence funding - including $12.3 billion allocated to US Pacific Command (USPACOM) - highlighting the growing priority placed on countering emerging regional threats.
Counter UAS Indo-Pacific will bring together APAC, U.S., and allied defence leaders, industry innovators, and policymakers in Hawaii, the strategic hub of USPACOM and a key centre for regional operational coordination. Positioned alongside major allied partners including Japan, Australia, and the Republic of Korea, the event provides an ideal platform to strengthen multinational collaboration and address shared counter-UAS challenges.
