Following the success of the EDS Euromed event in Sharm el-Sheikh in 2024, we are excited to announce our next event, which will be held in Casablanca, Morocco, from June 22 - 25, 2026.
Water scarcity is one of the most urgent global challenges, amplified by the increasing demand for freshwater and the effects of climate change. Seawater desalination has become a beacon of hope, offering a trustworthy alternative to traditional water sources. Our conference programme will explore the latest desalination technologies, membrane-based methods, thermal processes, and innovative hybrid solutions.
Alongside the conference, we will hold a three-day exhibition from June 23-25, 2026, where companies will display their state-of-the-art technologies, appropriate technologies and products.
We will also explore integrating renewable energy sources within desalination systems to reduce environmental impact, lower energy consumption, and enhance economic viability.
Morocco is very active with its numerous renewable-powered desalination initiatives. These initiatives tackle severe water scarcity while aligning with ambitious renewable energy and sustainability goals.
