The 25th International Congress on Acoustics, ICA 2025, will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, during 18-23 May 2025. Scientifically, ICA 2025 will bring together experts from around the world to learn about the latest research and applications in the field of acoustics. It will offer participants a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and information on acoustics through plenary lectures, technical sessions, and poster presentations. It will also provide an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products, services, and solutions to a global audience.
Two satellite meetings are being planned in conjunction with the congress, the International Symposium on Room Acoustics (ISRA) and the International Symposium on Musical Acoustics (ISMA), and the possibility of combining the two is under consideration. David Woolworth, current chair of the ASA Technical Committee on Architectural Acoustics, is organizing the ISRA, and Andrew Piacsek, previous chair of the ASA Technical Committee on Musical Acoustics, is organizing the ISMA. The unique architecture, performance spaces and musical heritage of New Orleans will provide an ideal backdrop for these two symposia.
