Shaping the Future of Poultry Science
The Mediterranean Poultry Summit (MPS) is one of the key scientific and professional events of the poultry sector, bringing together delegates from across the Mediterranean region every two years to exchange knowledge, foster collaboration, and strengthen links between research, education, and industry. The MPS continues a successful series of summits previously held in Chalkidiki (Greece, 2008), Antalya (Turkey, 2009), Alexandria (Egypt, 2012), Beirut (Lebanon, 2014), a cruise across Italy-Spain-France (2016), Torino (Italy, 2018), and Córdoba (Spain, 2020). Each edition has contributed to advancing poultry science and reinforcing cooperation within the Mediterranean community.
The Mediterranean Poultry Summit 2026 will take place from 27-30 September 2026 at the University of Split, Croatia. Situated on the Adriatic coast, Split is a historic Mediterranean city renowned for its cultural heritage, including the UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace, and offers an inspiring setting for scientific exchange.
