As Qatar enters the next phase of National Vision 2030, the focus of the built environment is increasingly shifting from new development toward the modernisation, optimisation, and long-term performance of existing assets.
Across public buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality assets, educational institutions, airports, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments, organisations are prioritising strategies that improve energy efficiency, operational performance, resource management, occupant wellbeing, and asset resilience.
At the same time, major public investment programmes and sustainability initiatives are accelerating retrofit and modernisation activity across Qatar.
