On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 57th National Acoustics Congress, Tecniacustica 2026, which will be held in the city of Granada from October 21 to 23, 2026. The congress, organized by the Spanish Acoustics Society (SEA), in collaboration with the Portuguese Acoustics Society, will include the XIV Iberian Acoustics Congress.
This annual meeting is once again establishing itself as the leading forum for the exchange of knowledge, technological advancements, and experiences, with a scientific program covering all fields of acoustics, from basic research to cutting-edge technological applications. In addition, the event will feature the Tecniacustica trade exhibition, where leading companies in the sector will present their innovations and technological developments.
At Tecniacustica 2026, we aim to strengthen the connection between acoustic science and society. Therefore, the program includes activities open to the general public, such as the now-traditional Sound Walks, a unique opportunity to discover the extraordinary sound heritage of our monumental host city. We will also hold a Technical Conference on the Soundscape approach in urban design, analyzing how city planning can improve citizen well-being through the management of the acoustic environment.
As usual, Tecniacustica 2026 will be not only a forum for work but also for community. We will have a full social program and a program for accompanying persons designed to allow you to enjoy the unparalleled hospitality and charm of Granada.
