The World Conference on Sampling & Blending (WCSB), will be held at Camborne School of Mines at Exeter University, Penryn Campus in Cornwall, United Kingdom, 30 June - 2 July 2026. This 12th edition in the series promotes the Theory of Sampling (TOS). TOS effectively identifies the source of sampling variability and provides valuable solutions for minimising each source of sampling uncertainty. The conference provides a meeting place for people interested in sampling theory, practice, experience, applications, and standards. The Conference will provide understanding and insights for academics, manufacturers, engineering firms and practitioners aiming to achieve representative sampling.
The conference fosters collaboration between academics, practitioners, and industry leaders, with discussions on standardising sampling protocols and sustainable practices aligned with UN development goals.
