Under the 2025 theme 'Empowering Global Action: Unlocking Opportunities and Advancing Progress', the World Green Economy Summit (WGES) will have its milestone 10th edition this year.
As the urgency to address climate change intensifies, WGES serves as a crucial platform that will bring together global leaders, policymakers and sustainability experts for two days of networking, seminars, panel discussions and presentations dedicated to advancing the global green economy. Key topics will include sustainability in aviation, agriculture and AI.
Organised by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), this year's edition will also showcase Dubai and the UAE's efforts towards sustainable growth, in alignment with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
