The Korean Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (KTA)

Korean Tunneling Association (KTA) was first established in 1992. The statutes were decided on, which also committed the national organization to comply with the international aims of International Tunneling Association (ITA).

It was commenced on the initiative of a number of Korean tunnel engineers inspired with high demand and desire for achieving an international competitiveness and development of new tunneling technologies on interdisciplinary basis.
