 Poliedro de Caracas is situated in Caracas which is the capital city of Venezuela. This is an indoor sports arena which was designed by architect Thomas C. Howard of Synergetics, Inc, in Raleigh, NCin 1971. This is situated under a geodesic dome with a seating capacity of 20,000 and it is used for various purposes like concerts, ice skating shows, circuses, and trade expositions like Autoshows, expomuebles, sporting events such as basketball and more. Poliedro de Caracas was ultimately finished in the year 1974 and officially inaugurated with the fight between George Foreman and Ken Norton on March 26, 1974. It has been stated as one of the best venues that are ideal for any purposes. It attracsts loads of people every year. |
