DGM - Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Materialkunde e.V.

For more than 100 years, the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Materialkunde e.V. (German Materials Society) has represented the interests of its members in the field of materials science and engineering. It relies on traditions and is nevertheless open to visions - as a guarantor for continuous further development of the field of materials science and engineering in terms of content, structure and personnel.

Networking is at the heart of this. To this end, the DGM organizes a wide range of expert committee and working group meetings, events such as conferences, exhibitions, training courses, and events for young scientists.
