HCE is a division within the Al Hilal Group and has evolved out of Hilal's established expertise as an exhibition organizer.

The Group which previously managed the Kuwait International Trade Fair developed a dedicated conferences and exhibitions division which not only draws on the considerable publishing contacts and knowledge that available within the company; but has established itself regionally and internationally as a major exhibition and conference organizer.
