Trade event organiser, Premier Expo, a subsidiary of the ITE Group, has today completed the acquisition of the exhibition assets of the Kiev-based company, Autoexpo.
The acquisition includes a portfolio of 10 exhibitions including SIA, the Kyiv International Autosalon, as well as other events in the travel & tourism, building, construction, transport and oil & gas sectors.
AUTOEXPO is Ukrainian leading exhibition company and organiser of International SIA and TIR Motor Shows, International UKRAINE Travel Markets and the biggest International Trade Exhibitions as well as seminars, conferences and presentations in Ukraine and overseas. All exhibition events are staged under the auspices of the Board in Charge of Exhibition Activity in Ukraine. Ministries and departments administrating appropriate subjects support them. |
