Established in Hannover, Germany in 1947, Deutsche Messe AG is one of the world's leading organizers of trade fairs and exhibitions with over 70 subsidiaries and representatives worldwide. In January 2008, Deutsche Messe and Fiera Milano reached agreement on a far-reaching collaboration, establishing a joint program of future foreign expansion. This alliance makes Hannover Milano Fairs China Ltd. and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., as the subsidiary companies of Hannover-Milano Global Company (HMG), an even more important platform for both parties to learn from each others' experience concerning market expansion and tradeshow organization.
