IRMA stands for the Indian Refractory Makers Association. It is the national organization for the refractory manufacturing companies in India. It was set up in 1958 and completed its golden jubilee in 2008.
There are currently 75 manufacturing units in the membership of IRMA. These units produce a wide range of insulating, abrasion- resistant and corrosion-resistant refractories, ranging from firebricks, insulating refractories to a wide variety of high alumina, silica, magnesite and speciality refractories. |
