The Vienna Academy of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (VMA) is one of Austria's leading conference & association management institutions in the health care field, providing leadership, guidance, headquarter facilities and staff to 40 medical associations and more than 35 conferences and meetings per year.
VMA was founded in 1924 and managed for many years by the Nobel laureate Julius Wagner-Jauregg, is a non-profit organisation with a board consisting exclusively of faculty members of the Vienna University School of Medicine. |
