With an abundance of space and amenities, we are the ideal setting for corporate training meetings and seminars, conferences, conventions, retreats, association events, luncheons, tradeshows, awards banquets, open houses, launches, continuing education, testing, holiday and employee parties, socials, fundraisers, expos, speaking engagements and other large scale corporate events.
Our Grand Ballroom can be used to seat up to 2,500 guests comfortably and may be subdivided easily for breakout groups. Additionally, we provide all of our clients with an in-house audio/visual package, chairs, rectangle and round tables for your event. Bayou City Event Center is the home of a very large audio visual package including two built-in, 18 X 14 foot projector screens with 6500 lumen projectors, wireless handheld, podium or lapel microphones, staging, podiums, in-house audio, front foyer screens for sponsor loops or slideshows.
