The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) is a non-profit organization that advances the technical development, production, processing and application of iron and steel. AIST membership is comprised of over 13,800 individuals worldwide and includes iron and steel producers, suppliers, academics and students.
In the fall of 2010, AIST established a partnership with Associação Brasileira de Metalurgia, Materiais e Mineração (ABM). This partnership provides AIST members with the opportunity to obtain ABM membership at a reduced rate and gain in-depth information about the Brazilian steel industry. |
