| The Exhibition Center of Alicante is one of the examples of this progress, the origins of which it is necessary to go back to 1959. But during the last seven years the Center has experienced the greatest change. In this period it has been possible, not without great effort and support from the Community of Alicante, for the Center to be considered as one of the great Exhibition Centers. The Center has consolidated its position by promoting different events from various sectors of industry: footwear, automobiles, aesthetics, commerce, home & hotel industry, leisure and construction.
