| Following the signing of the MOU between Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), IEG has established IEG Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, continuing its development plan in Southeast Asia with the support of STB, as an entirely owned subsidiary with two trade show events acquired by Conference & Exhibition Management Services: the Restaurant Asia and International Coffee & Tea Asia series, and the Singapore International Jewelry Expo series.
