IMAPS 2016 IMAPS 2016 Closed 49th International Symposium on Microelectronics Dates: Monday, October 10, 2016 - Thursday, October 13, 2016 Venue: Pasadena Convention Center, Los Angeles CA, United States The 49th International Symposium on Microelectronics is being organized by the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS). The IMAPS 2016 Technical Committee seeks original papers that present progress on technologies throughout the entire microelectronics/packaging supply chain.
