The 78th Heat Treatment Congress of the AWT will take place in Cologne from October 11 - 13, 2022. Parallel to the Heat Treatment Congress, the AWT and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Materialkunde e. V., DGM, will for the first time jointly organize the the scientific symposium Steel Innovation (SI), a meeting of the newly founded technical committee on steel materials technology of AWT and DGM.
Thus, for the first time, two symposia and a trade fair will be held under one roof:
HK 2022: The Heat Treatment Congress with proven scientific symposium and practitioners' conference. The largest European trade congress on topics relating to heat treatment and materials technology, manufacturing and process engineering.
SI 2022: First Steel Innovation Conference. Scientific symposium under the leadership of the joint committee of DGM and AWT, on innovations in materials engineering in materials technology, production, processing and application of steels.
Trade show of R&D Technologiebroker Bremen GmbH on the Heat Treatment Congress and the symposium Steel Innovation.
