The digital transformation (DT) journey continues to be a critical activity for all steel companies. The Digital Transformation Forum will build on the success of the preceding forums and incorporate suggestions from attendees. The Forum will include papers, panel discussions, workshops and demonstrations of DT topics and projects. One area of particular interest for this year's Forum is to understand how DT initiatives are justified, approved, resourced (internal and external) and implemented; the communication strategy to stakeholders involved; and how success is measured. Steel producers' insights on these topics are desired.
